Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing AccoDemy. We strive to provide high-quality training programs in U.S. Accounting, Taxation, and accounting software tools. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any course.


1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in any training program is confirmed only after the required payment (full or partial) has been successfully received. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.


2. Cancellation by Participant

Before Course Start Date

Participants may request cancellation at least 5 days prior to the scheduled course start date. In such cases, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable administrative or processing charges.

After Course Start Date

Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued, as training materials, instructor time, and course resources are already allocated.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical or human error
  • Cancellation request submitted within the eligible timeframe
  • The training program is cancelled by AccoDemy

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions
  • Change of mind after course access has been granted
  • Partial attendance of the course
  • Technical issues from the participant’s side (internet/device problems)

4. Course Rescheduling

If a participant is unable to attend the enrolled batch, they may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch, subject to seat availability. Such requests must be submitted before the course start date.


5. Cancellation by AccoDemy

AccoDemy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:

  • Insufficient enrollments
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, participants will be offered either:

  • An alternative batch schedule, or
  • A full refund of the course fee

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
